Super great show alert. On Monday, July 9, Holland will host the Babies, Cathedral Ghost, and Surf Curse–a sure bet to be your best plan for any Monday night ever. The Babies is a side project of Vivian Girls frontwoman Cassie Ramone with members of Woods and Brooklyn’s Bossy. As Pitchfork says, it “sounds like it exists in some Sonic Youth-informed middle ground between the Vivians’ bashed-out retro pop and Woods’ tangled-up Neil Youngisms.”  Cool.  Cathedral Ghost is probably already among your favorite bands and if you haven’t seen Surf Curse yet, now’s the time.  Monday, July 9 at 8:30PM, $7.
