A couple weeks ago, we gave 5 local filmmakers a challenge: to make a music video for a local band 48 hours or less start-to-finish. We also surprised each filmmaker at the beginning of the challenge with 5 items that they had to incorporate somehow into their films–a mask, a cross on a door, a figurine, sagebrush and the letter H.  This year’s filmmakers include: Charlie Hayes, Tosha Palani, Megan Kay, Dane Hamon, and Kyle Walker Akins who directed videos for Spitting Image, Elephant Rifle, Dvchess, Masx K Raid, and Mark Van Norris.  The fruits of their labor will be screened on Wednesday, November 7 at the Nevada Museum of Art at 6pm.  It’s only $3 and we’ll have a special Q&A after with the participants!
