Booking Policy

If you would like to contact us about booking your band (or any other music-related business) please reach out to booking@hollandreno.org. We do not respond to booking requests on social media.

Please keep in mind that we like to do all of our booking 2-3 months in advance. Also, due to the high volume of touring and local bands asking to play and our limited show schedule, we can’t always accommodate everyone that writes us. It doesn’t mean we don’t like you! If we can’t help you out right away, please keep trying…we’ll make it work soon as we can.

When asking about a show, please include links to your music. Also, please don’t ask for a show if you are booked somewhere else in Reno the week preceding or following the requested date. Local bands might want to give it two weeks. Lastly, no racist, misogynistic, homophobic, or otherwise hateful bands. We’re not into that. Be sure to check out our booking policy first and for sound/stage specs, click here.

COVID-19 BOOKING UPDATE
The hosting and production of live music and events (both nationally and locally) remain a bit uncertain since the pandemic, and booking is moving a bit slower, may have additional requirements or considerations, or may require some additional flexibility or creativity.

Please note: Based on the Washoe County, Nevada COVID risk meter, The Holland Project’s COVID policies for bands/performers and attendees may change at any time. While the meter is LOW, masks are strongly encouraged indoors for your safety and those around you, yet not required. As the meter moves to MEDIUM and HIGH during periods of increased community risk, performers/bands may be required to show proof of vaccination prior to the performance, and masks may be required for everyone. Please review our full COVID Policy or reach out to info@hollandreno.org for questions.
