4x4x48

The special screening of the 4x4x48 Music Video Challenge at the Nevada Museum of Art with a Q&A with filmmakers and bands after the screening. 4x4x48 is a bit of a misnomer. Originally set as 4 directors, 4 bands, and 48 hours, we snuck in a 5th director and band last year, but the name had already stuck. Sorry Brad Bynum!
The 5 directors have 48 hours to complete a music video for a band/artist WE CHOSE for them from start to finish…including all the shooting and editing and post production.
Additionally, the directors are given a number of elements that each must incorporate into their film. We can’t tell you these yet, but once we tell the filmmakers, we’ll let you know. Audience members are encouraged to look for how each filmmaker included the element into their film.
