If ya didn’t know, 42 are local proto-punk rockers. Mixing Velvet Underground/Modern Lovers inspired songwriting with lo-fi stoner-pop tendencies into something wild. What couldn’t be a more perfect match, Tommy and the Tongues are rock’n’rollers at heart, fueled by all the shirtless, tambourine shaking antics of classic punk bands. Get ready for face-melting guitar solos, and plenty of audience interaction. Joining em, Eden’s Sleeves take the heaviest tendencies of psych-rock and mix it with the energy of 90’s hardcore and deep Danzig vibrato vocals. It’s a sight to behold.
