Check it out. Dingbat Superminx is a band that rejects passive performance and commits to serious humor. Aaron Baker and a supergroup of performers create an experience that cannot be financialized, repurposed, or translated to static mediums. Long Hu is the performance project of Oakland DIY musician and organizer, Jonathan Axtell. The project is a slurring mixture of words and sounds created from lived experiences with tragedy and trauma, survival and determination, community, joy and elation. Joining em for the date are two of Reno’s wildest and most unpredictable performers. Dale are the pagan-industrial creation of 3 musicians, all of whom are Dale, and the audience (who are also Dale) + Arizona Young, the provocative and unpredictable punk songwriting and performance project of Alec Moore & comrades.
