HIV/STD Testing

The Washoe County Health District offers free and confidential HIV/STD testing both at the health department and various offsite locations. We are happy to host the District for another testing event on October 20th starting at 5PM.
Due to COVID-19 and in order to keep participants safe, new policies and procedures have been implemented for testing events. How it works – participants arrive starting at 5PM to sign-up and leaving their name and number in an available time slot (between 5:30 and 9:30PM). Once their time slot is open, participants receive a phone call or text alert. All participants are required to wear masks while at the venue and will have their temperatures taken before entering the testing area. For the safety of others, please do not attend if you are feeling sick, have a fever, or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms.
