Lauren Cardenas Closing Reception

In Serva Pool from Oct. 3 – 13 we have new work by printmaker, Lauren Cardenas, featuring poems by Daniel Enrique Perez in an exhibit titled Rendirse, Ya Vieven La Noche. Through the use and manipulation of a xerox machine, Lauren has created abstracted prints that set out to explore the sublime that exists within the mundane of the everyday. With this work she is interested in investigating the domestic environment and suggested intimacy found within.
