National Monuments Part II – Opening Reception

Up in the Micro Gallery from March 14 – April 8 we’re stoked to have new work by local artist Thomas Vincent Chapel. For his exhibition “National Monuments Part Two” Chapel utilizes symbolically charged  American flags, all hand-made in the good ol’ U.S. of A, as a way of starting a dialogue about outsourcing, globalism, and the rigid dichotomy between pride and protest.
