Opening Reception for Mikayla Whitmore: There is No Right Time

Las Vegas based artist Mikayla Whitmore shares with us There is No Right Time, a series of photographs taken over the course of several years documenting the American desert in Southern Nevada and California. Whitmore graduated with a BFA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2010 and currently works as a freelance photographer. Her work has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions nationally including at the Tam Alumni Center, UNLV; Marjorie Barrick Museum, UNLV; the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas; La Matadora, Joshua Tree; the Humble Arts Foundation, New York; among others.
There is No Right Time will be on view June 21 – July 6, 2018. The opening reception will be held on June 21 from 6pm – 8pm at The Holland Project Gallery, 140 Vesta Street, Reno, NV.
