Photo Transfer Workshop

In the Photo Transfer Workshop, you’ll learn how to transfer photographs onto a variety of materials! It’s way cool– By transferring photos to a new medium you can introduce new textures and versatility to your work, and you can also make cool gifts and keepsakes.  Techniques learned in this workshop will provide a set of base line skills to transferring images to an endless variety of materials.  If you have some cool photos you would like to transfer, bring them along – but we will also be providing old newspapers and magazines to thumb through.

Artist Denali Lowder will be leading this workshop, and in January, Denali curated an exhibit by LA-artist Nate Joski in the Micro-Gallery at Bibo on Record Street–check out his killer photo transfer projects HERE.
