Tweak Bird, Elephant Rifle, Postwar

Heavy psyched out weirdos Tweak Bird are gonna be shredding with heavy gross weirdos Elephant Rifle and rad weirdos Postwar on May 27th! Christened by spin magazine as “sludge pop” Tweak Bird lay almost Meat Loaf harmonies over stonery 70’s riff with the slightest hint of math rock. They’re amped also amped as The Melvins’ favorite band, which is pretty hard to top! Elephant Rifle takes that sweet, sweet 70’s feel and swirls it with 90’s hardcore ala the Jesus Lizard! Finally Postwar plays some fuzzed out 90’s alt mixed with garage. No reason not to go! Tuesday, May 27th at 8PM $5.
