By purchasing a ticket on this site to any Holland Project event, you agree to and understand the following Terms and Conditions:

All attendees MUST remain masked while inside the venue, no exceptions. 

Policies may be subject to change at any time and certain shows or events may have different or additional protocols in place, as determined by the artist/s or bands performing, including proof of vaccination for all attendees. Changes or updates will be posted on the event page and emailed to ticket purchasers, and will be enforced. 

Your purchase of these tickets confirms your agreement to follow Holland Project’s venue policies and code of conduct, including any COVID-19 requirements in place at the time of your event. Specific COVID-19 requirements will be provided via email to ticket holders prior to your scheduled performance. Failure to follow Holland Project policies, including COVID-19 requirements, will result in refused admission or removal from the venue.

All sales are final. Any requests for refunds, cancellations, or changes will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, less fees.  All decisions by Holland Project management are final and not subject to dispute. 

Tickets are Will Call (available at the door the night of the event). Purchaser name/ID must match ticket holder, unless otherwise approved by venue ahead of the show. Tickets sold by third-party sites/vendors/scalpers will not be honored. 

Each person in your party agrees to follow ALL COVID-19 requirements while on site for this performance (COVID-19 protocol is determined at the time of the event based on State and local guidelines, as well as artist/performer requirements and community safety best practices and concerns). 

In purchasing a ticket or attending an event in our space, you understand that COVID-19 exposure is possible in any public space where other people are present and thus assume responsibility for any risks that might arise while at Holland Project or in attending any public event or gathering.
