2pm – Solar Cooking Festival with Cooking Demonstrations Including How-To Build Your Own Solar Food Dehydrator and Solar Oven
4pm – Video Screening – The 11th Hour
5:30 – Tour of Solar Installation and Food Gardens at The River School
6:30 – Solstice Ceremony
7:00 – Solar Food Pot Luck (Bring some Food to Share!)
