Zine Making Workshop!!!

Join us at the Cheney space (30 Cheney) this Saturday the 13th for a zine (DIY magazine) making workshop. We will be learning about zine history and culture and about the benefits of the self-publishing movement. Bring ideas and materials, writing and drawings that you might want to contribute to a collaborative community zine project. We would like to focus on the local scene and issues affecting youth in Reno, but anything you want to contribute would be great.

Who: You and other kids interested in learning about and making zines
What: Zine Making Workshop
When: Saturday December 13th from 12-2pm
Where: The Holland Headquarters (30 Cheney Ave. right across from Maytan)
Why: To learn about zine history and culture and create an ongoing collaborative community zine dedicated to the all ages music and art scene in Reno.
How Much: Donations accepted!
