While we have compiled information from our close community partners and the resources we have found, we encourage those that are able to find ways to support their favorite local businesses/nonprofits whether they appear on this list or do not. The following info is subject to change by the day.

Reno’s Virtual Tip Jar –
We have included our close partners and supporters here, but know there are many local businesses and service workers facing financial hardship at the moment. Please consider giving through the community “tip jar”. Service workers experiencing reduced hours or unemployment are encouraged to sign up on the form. To donate directly to workers, find the info on the spreadsheet.
The Holland Project –
Holland has suspended all music and workshop events through April 16th, with gallery exhibitions postponed even longer through April 30th. Your support can help make Holland more sustainable now through this difficult time and well into the future. Consider becoming a sustaining member or making a donation at hollandreno.org/member OR hollandreno.org/donate. You can also purchase Holland merch in our SHOP.
KWNK Community Radio –
KWNK has cancelled all their offsite events, but will continue providing original community created radio programming and news through March, April, and beyond. Consider becoming a sustaining member and helping provide a platform for our community’s voices at kwnkradio.org/donate.
FOOD + DRINK –
Magpie Roasters is now closed until further notice with fresh beans and brewing supplies available for order on their website. You can also pick up beans at Craft Wine & Beer and the Great Basin Co-Op which remain open for business. Follow Magpie on insta for updates @magpieroasters.
Bibo Coffee Co. is still open for to-go orders only. Drive up, then run-in or call the appropriate location number to have it delivered curbside. Beans and gift cards also available. Here are the numbers for each location – Center: (775) 683-9840 / Sierra: (775) 329-2114 / Foothill: (775) 384-1809. Updates are being posted to Instagram. They have also coffee and subscriptions to their online store.
Cafe Capello will be closing their location through April 6th, but offering free shipping and delivery on their freshly roasted beans. Order directly through their online shop, they have a lot of beans available!
The Glass Die is closed, but teaming up with Comic Kingdom to deliver games purchased through the online store. Orders will be placed for the delivery in the Reno/Sparks area every Wednesday and Sunday to the best of their abilities. $5 delivery fee, refunded for orders over $50. Place an order through The Glass Die AND Comic Kingdom to be entered into a raffle. Use the code NATURAL20 for 10% off.
Craft Wine & Beer will be open for to-go sales only for the time being. Visit them at 22 Martin Street and follow them on Instagram for updates. You can also place orders online for fast service.
Ferino Distillery is offering house-made hand sanitizer, to-go bottles, and gift cards Wed-Sun. To order, drive up to distillery at 541 4th St and call 775-443-2033, they’ll come running to you! For updates, follow them on Instagram.
The Emerson is currently closed, but will be offering online courses through Facebook and Instagram with options to tip your bartender via Venmo! Virtual Drag Bingo details soon to come as well. Learn more in their stories on Instagram.
Nom Eats is offering take-out only and with credit/debit only. To order, TEXT 775-237-3667 following these guidelines – Please write your order clearly (limit substitutions plz!). Please write your name and phone number where you can be reached via text. When your order is ready, NOM will contact you and you will come to the door to pick up and pay. Sizzle Pie has been offering periodic deals! Order online delivery for the Reno location.
Laughing Planet is open for take-out only. Head in and order, call your location and order, or even order online for pick-up/delivery laughingplanet.com.
Perenn Bakery is accepting to-go orders at this time via text message. Follow their Instagram stories for a menu daily. Text your order with your full name and email, wait for them to confirm with an online square invoice, pay, and tell them a time frame for pick up! Number is 775-848-0331. They’ve also added bread + pastry delivery to their online store.

Bad Apple Vntg. located on Virginia Street is currently closed, but the online shop is up and running with new arrivals. Follow their Instagram to see updates for the shop moving forward.
Pitch Black Printing has moved to appointment only until further notice. To make an appointment, please call 775.476.2003 or email info@pitchblackprinting.com. Get updates and see their services on their website.
Sundance Books will remain open weekdays and weekends, but customers will have to browse for books online sundancebookstore.com. You can also call 775-786-1188 or email sundance@sundancebookstore.com your order. Sundance is no longer allowed to do curbside pick-up so all orders will be shipped.
Nevada Fine Arts is offering curbside pick up only for the time being and is open Tues-Sat 11-6PM. Call 775-786-1128 to place an order and they will deliver to your vehicle.
Pantry Products has closed their location inside the Basement in downtown Reno, but will remain open on Wells Ave. They are stocking up on sanitizers and hand soap, encouraging shoppers who are able to buy products online for pick up at the Wells location. Updates on Instagram and website.
Carter Bros Ace Hardware is open for business and during their regular hours. They cannot take orders over the phone, so customers will have to visit the store on Virginia St. to shop.
COMMUNITY –
Laika Press provides studio space to local artists and frequent affordable printmaking workshops for our community. Their public activities are suspended until further notice. Please consider donating to their online campaign to raise funds for future workshops and equipment needs.
Reno Bike Project is a nonprofit community bicycle shop and resource, which advocates for a sustainable cycling community through education, collaboration, and accessibility for everyone in the Truckee Meadows. Their activities are suspended and their shops are closed through April 1st. You can support them through this time by becoming a member or donating at renobikeproject.org/donate.
Spoken Views is Reno’s local all ages poetry collective. The group has postponed activities through March including their poetry open mic and slams scheduled at The Holland Project. There is a suggested $3-5 donation at each open mic, you can forward them additional funds via to their Venmo @svc-ac.

Residents concerned they might have COVID-19 can either call their health care or telemedicine provider for guidance, or call the Health District at (775) 328-2427 if they have fever, cough and trouble breathing, and/or had close contact with a person who had COVID-19. Please call before you travel to the hospital.
